Bushfire Logic was engaged to complete the the necessary bushfire reports to support a subdivision application proposing the creation of 34 industrial lots. The subject land is located within the Latitude 32 Development Area and contained a mixture of existing farming land and parks and recreation reserve. Special consideration was given to the impact that the parks and recreation reserves would have on the intended subdivision design due to the retention of conservation significant vegetation within the Bushfire Management Plan.
